Individual Lessons

Contact the head coach Paul Rock 07961282347 in the first instance and he will advise the best coach for you. Our coaching team can provide individual and group individual lessons. Individual lessons are arranged directly with the coach, dependent on availability. 

 

Adult Group Lessons

Our high quality team of coaches deliver  tennis sessions to all levels of player. Whether you’re a nervous beginner or an accomplished player, we have a session that suits your needs.

General Policies:

Tennis Rocks Ltd can accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to any personal items whilst on our courses or camps. The team shall not be liable for any injury, sustained by anyone while taking part in holiday camps, school coaching, or other multi-sport sessions. The team will not be held liable for any circumstances out of their control. We will not accept any form of bullying and we reserve the right to refuse further entry without refund. By completing and signing the form, you accept and acknowledge that there are risks, however small, in the nature of the activities. By accepting you or your children onto a course we will undertake to exercise appropriate care and attention, to ensure the safety of all participants. Photographs and filming may be taken which may be used on the tennis clubs, schools and Tennis Rocks Ltd social media for promotional materials and for parents/guardians, schools, Vicars Moor LTC and Northaw & Cuffley LTC to have a record of the events - these photos will only be taken with the authorization of the director of Tennis Rocks Ltd, Paul Rock. Please advise in writing if you or your child do not wish to be involved with photographs and filming by emailing admin@tennisrocks.co.uk and getting a reply from Paul Rock

Our experienced coaches are able to provide you with first class coaching in a fun and very friendly environment, understanding that people play tennis for a variety of different reasons.  We will hopefully boost both your game, your fitness and your enjoyment of the sport!

Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is one of the fastest growing fitness activities in the UK.  You don’t need tennis skills, you don’t even need a racket (we’ll let you borrow one).  

If you want to improve your fitness, have fun and the chance to meet people, then Cardio Tennis (fitness to music), is for you.

Cancellation Policy for Group Coaching 

• If coaching is cancelled due to bad weather during the term we do not offer a refund - however, for junior squads your child/children are able to attend an equivalent squad that week. You only need to email me at tennisrocksltd@gmail.com or text 07934 118 211 to let me know which squad you will be attending. The reason for this is to maintain our high level of coaches - it is vital that the coaches are secure in the knowledge that group coaching during the term is guaranteed which protects this part of their earnings. Group coaching allows this to happen. At the same time we want to give value for money and create a fair system to you the customer and maintain our main objective which is to see as many people as possible playing tennis as regularly as they can.
• Tennis Rocks Ltd  reserve the right to cancel any session that is under subscribed. If this occurs you will receive a full refund of the squads cancelled.
• Any session cancelled due to coach unavailability will be made up in the week following the end of the coaching course if a coach is unable to cover this work a refund will be given.
• Tennis Rocks Ltd will always try to inform a parent/guardian on the rare occasion a session is cancelled. However, we always post a message on the club's facebook pages – therefore if at any time you want to check if a session is going ahead please check our facebook pages:

• Coaching is very rarely cancelled and will only be cancelled if the weather is deemed to be unsafe
• In an unforeseen event occurs Tennis Rocks Ltd will notify you as soon as possible if a coach is unable to attend a session, and no cover can be sorted.
• If you are unable to attend a coaching session you will not be entitled to a refund - as explained above this is to protect coaches earnings.
• Bookings are non-refundable after purchase from Tennis Rocks Ltd. If we are presented with a valid medical certificate declaring the participant unfit to attend we will provide a credit note or at Paul Rock’s discretion a refund.
