Club Welfare Policies

Bishop Sutton Tennis Club operates in line with the LTA policies and best practice.

This means the club is committed to provide a caring, friendly and safe environment for all of our members, so they can play and enjoy tennis in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. The standards achieved by our club are recognised by the LTA awarding us Tennismark status.

This means Bishop Sutton Tennis Club will:

 Actively promote the safety and wellbeing of all children, young people and adults at risk, along with all our other members.

 Respect the feelings, views and beliefs of everyone and welcome the diversity of each individual.

 Acknowledge and show appreciation of those who make contributions.

 Value volunteers and members and provide ongoing support.

 Have Welfare Officers who have the appropriate knowledge, training and skill set for the role:
