The Coaches are the lifeblood of Tenniswise - there would be no Tennis without them! so we thought it would be nice to see what makes them tick, what they like to do in their spare time and what their favourite things are!

What inspired you to get into Coaching?

I was inspired by David Wise and Chris Whittle running fun sessions and loads of tournaments, loved it.

Favourite sports: Tennis and fell walking.

Favourite sporting moment: is Ben Watson's 90th minute winner in the FA cup final for my favourite team Wigan Athletic.

Best sports stadium has to be the DW stadium (Wigan's ground).

Proudest Sporting moment?

Playing for the county in tennis and winning back to back ulverston tennis opens. Hobbies include metal detecting and playing board games.

Favourite movies are Fury and the big short.

Favourite book is Harry potter and the goblet of fire.
