The guidelines below have been produced to assist in the smooth running of the Thistleworth social tennis sessions held each weekend.

1. The social session times are;
   1. Saturday 1 – 3pm
   2. Sunday 10 – 12midday
2. Places on the social sessions are booked via the Thistleworth Social Tennis WhatsApp group. Entries are accepted from 8am on the previous Thursday. To be added to the WhatsApp group please contact John on 07511 886971.
3. Members may book either Saturday or Sunday (not both). Should spaces be available for a second booking it will be advertised by the organiser nearer the time.
4. Guests are allowed to play where there is availability, however priority will be given to members. Guests may play a maximum of 4-times a year at a cost of £5 per session.
5. It is expected and helpful to the organiser that players sign-up and play for the full 2hrs. If players are unable to play the full 2hrs they should arrange to share the session with another player. It is the responsibility of the player to organise this.
6. Players attending these sessions are expected to be able to rally from the baseline and serve overarm comfortably. Players who are developing their game should look to join a development group on Monday, Friday or Saturday. For more information about these sessions contact John on 07511 886971
7. Whenever possible members should avoid late cancellations as this creates last minute disruption to the schedule and difficulties for the organiser.
