Thorpe Bay Lawn Tennis Club

Thorpe Bay Lawn Tennis Club is an inclusive sports and social club situated on the coast, 5 minutes from the City of Southend-on-Sea in Essex.  Set in gardens across from the beach at Thorpe Bay, our members and guests enjoy stunning views across the Thames Estuary from our courts and terrace bar. 

Celebrating its 110-year anniversary in 2022, the Club comprises of 16 courts and a modern clubhouse facility with a licensed bar and terrace which play host to a variety of tennis and social events throughout the year come rain or shine!

The Club is a member of the British Lawn Tennis Association, has ~800 adult/junior members and enjoys great success at both local and regional competition level.
