Safeguarding & Welfare

Uplawmoor Tennis Club is committed to safeguarding the children, young people and adults-at-risk at our club. All are entitled to play tennis free from harm in a safe, positive and enjoyable environment.  Whether you are a player, coach, parent, staff member or volunteer, safeguarding is the responsibility of everyone.

Our Safeguarding Policy sets out our commitment to safeguarding and the key principles that we follow.

We work with Tennis Scotland and the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) to comply with the British Tennis safeguarding guidelines and policies including the Safeguarding at events, activities and competitions policy which was adopted in November 2022.
