Different Types of Courses
Types of courses:
Social Tennis - These sessions are open to players who can serve and sustain a rally. Led by a coach, the session focuses on organised match play, primarily doubles, with singles included where numbers allow. The coach will coordinate pairings and rotations to ensure competitive, enjoyable tennis in a friendly and inclusive environment.
Adult Beginners - Beginner courses are aimed at players new to tennis or those looking to go back to the technical fundamentals. Throughout this course we will cover areas such as developing hand-eye co-ordination, basic racquet and ball skills, learning the technical skills of every stroke. This is a great introduction to Tennis where you'll also meet other people interested in playing Tennis.
Adult Improvers - Improver courses focus on the technical and tactical parts of Tennis through different coach led activities to enhance your playing standard. This course is suitable for adults playing regular Tennis who are aware of basic strokes, serving and can hold a baseline-baseline rally with another player.
Adult Intermediate - Intermediate courses are aimed at experienced or returning players keen to progress. These sessions will be more based around tactical intentions and building your unique game style. Sessions will be made up of drills, skills and matchplay conditions & tactics.
Adult Advanced - Advanced courses are aimed at players that regularly compete at club, league or tournament level. These sessions will be looking at creating patterns of play and how to deal with a variety of scenarios.
