Well it didn’t start too well - the wind was gusting alarmingly, then the padlock wouldn’t budge on the ball trunk so an emergency rush home for Christine for pliers and WD40.  

But our luck began to turn as our intrepid supporters arrived (Barbara, Julie, Shane and  Selina with wine of course and very lovely hair clips which she donated to stop the score cards flapping)

We fought hard and are very proud to tell you we won ALL our 4 matches - coming in with a win of 9 points to 1.
