Tournament Guidelines :

1. The club tournament finals will be held on Sunday, 27th August 2017.  
2. To be advised : Please refer to the mini leagues to see your partners and opponents, details available in the clubhouse.
3. The run-up matches are being played as a round robin tournament. Each team or player plays all the other players in their mini league.
4. The first named player or pair should contact opponents to arrange matches.  Most players will need to aim to play 2 matches in June . July. August.  They can be played in any order.
5. In the run up matches you will play eleven games in each match.  For example the result could be 11-0 or 6-5 or 4-7 etc.  please enter results on the sheet on the clubhouse notice board.
6. In the mixed doubles the teams gaining the most points in each mini leagues will play in the final.
7. In the other events the top two players or teams will play in the final.
8. In the case of a draw in the number of games won, the result will be decided on matches won.
9. Finals' Day matches will be 2 tie break sets.  If the score is then one set all, there will be a 3rd long tie-break set, the first to 10 games.
