Welcome to Visions Tennis!

I am delighted to welcome you to the Visions Tennis Programme at Budleigh Salterton Games Club (Tennis Section)

Booking & payments

To secure a place on the programme please either book on-line (Visions Tennis website) or contact Jo directly and make payment in advance (term time payments are made for a half term in advance, usually 5 or 6 weeks) and holiday programmes are usually made for specific daily sessions.

Payments are non-refundable except in the case of a programme cancellation by Visions Tennis.

If any session needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather conditions, an additional session will be added on after the final session of the programme (please check the reserve week dates on Visions Tennis website)

Photography

Visions Tennis reserves the right to use photographs and videos taken during coaching sessions for promotional and marketing purposes.  If you do not wish for your image or your child’s image to be used please notify Jo in writing at the time of registration.

Player safety

There is nothing more important than you and your child’s wellbeing & safety while attending Visions Tennis Programmes.  As an LTA accredited plus tennis coach, Jo has up to date DBS, First Aid & Safeguarding certificates and attended numerous training courses relevant to the delivery of programmes and individuals.

Visions Tennis follows the Safeguarding policies and procedures of the National Governing Body (British Tennis, The LTA) and Budleigh Salterton Games Club (Tennis Section) Safeguarding procedures include Budleigh Salterton Tennis Club being provided with names and emergency contact numbers of all juniors attending a Visions Tennis Session at Budleigh.

Individual players needs

If your child has any specific needs, such as any medical conditions and / or SEN please notify Jo in writing in advance – the more I know about each individual player the more I can help support them with their needs and enjoyment of their tennis programme.

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to adhere to a Code of Conduct that promotes a positive and respectful environment.  Any participant failing to comply may result in the termination of participation without a refund.

Clothing

Please note all sessions are outside and will go ahead in most conditions, so please ensure your child is dressed appropriately.  Players will need to wear comfortable / appropriate clothing and tennis shoes / plimsoles and bring a drink with them.  If players have their own rackets they are encouraged to bring it with them, rackets are available for children to use if they do not have their own.

Visions Tennis reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions any time.  Participants will be notified of any changes.

By enrolling on Visions Tennis Coaching Programme you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
