Meet the coaches:

Pete Bresnen

Joint Head Coach

Pete started his coaching career at the age of 19 in 2010 at Liverpool Tennis Centre, before moving to Gerrards Cross LTC in 2014. It was here that he became involved in all aspects of tennis; from delivering weekly tots tennis and leading the schools programme involving 12 different schools and nurseries; to working with the academy players, delivering club team training and working with the Buckinghamshire U10s County Team. Aside from coaching, he is a qualified Referee and Competition Organiser, with a vast amount of experience in running tennis events, including the Gerrards Cross Grade 3 event. He is an LTA Level 3 accredited coach.

Ollie Brown

Joint Head Coach

Ollie studied at Bournemouth University and graduated in 2017 with a BSc Hons degree in Sports Development and Coaching Sciences. Ollie has played tennis for 20 years competing nationally, representing his county in all age groups and played for the Bournemouth Uni 1st Tennis Team for 4 years. Ollie stopped training full-time at the age of 16 and has now been coaching for over a decade, working with all ages and abilities from beginners to world-ranked players. He worked for several years at the West Hants. Club where he ran their mini tennis programme and gained valuable work experience overseas, coaching in Singapore during his University placement which allowed him to develop his coaching skills further. He is an LTA Level 3 accredited coach.
