Pickleball has arrived at Wishel - see here at the recent busy Open Day.
Pickleball sessions run each Saturday from 3.30pm.
What: Pickleball is fun, social and friendly. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. It combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. It is played on a badminton-sized court with a small net dividing the court. It can be played as doubles and singles. Pickleball is a sport for ALL ages and ALL abilities !
When: Saturday afternoons - next will be Saturday 20 July & each Saturday afternoon following !
Timing: 3.30pm - 5.30pm
Who: Steve Colwill - long-standing Wishel Club Member will be taking you through the rules, the skills, the scoring and generally guide you through the game.
How much: For each afternoon session there is a Pay-As-You-Go at £3.00 per week.
This includes the free use of our paddles and balls, if you don’t have your own.
