Walmer Tennis Club has a very active playing season. 

As a member, you play on grass during the summer season. In winter, you can play outside on the all weather artificial grass courts. In winter, you can play at the Deal Indoor Tennis Centre as a member of the public. and inside at the Tide Indoor Tennis Centre in Deal. 

The club caters for all standards whether you want friendly social games or competitive group tennis. 

We offer the following social sessions:

• club evenings on Tuesdays all year round
• summer social play on Saturday afternoon
• rusty racquet social tennis on Sunday afternoons 
• regular American and mixed doubles tournaments over weekends

For competitive tennis, we have teams for men, ladies and mixed that play matches in a number of national, Kent and local leagues.
