How do I book a court?
You can search, book and pay in a few easy steps - meaning there’s no need to phone or wait around for a court to become free. Keep track of your bookings in one place via your Clubspark account and get all the info you need to plan your visit.
What payment methods are available?
Payment for court bookings can be made via Stripe, which supports Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Additional information can be found here.
What is ClubSpark?
ClubSpark is a tennis booking platform and online tennis venue management tool designed to make it easier for tennis clubs, coaches and other tennis court operators to manage their venues.
Do I need an LTA/ ClubSpark account?
Yes, to make a booking you will require an account to be set up with the LTA or ClubSpark. It’s quick and simple to do.
How do I set up an LTA /ClubSpark account?
Once you have selected a court to book, the LTA Rally app will prompt you to set up an account, or you can also set up an account via the ‘sign up’ link at the top of the LTA Rally homepage.
Can I invite others to play?
You can forward on your booking confirmation to friends you wish to play with.
What facilities are at West Beach Tennis?
Public toilets can be found on site, along with drinking water.
Will I be able to borrow equipment at the venue?
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer equipment.
There is no availability at West Beach Tennis, what do I do?
You could increase the date and time range selected to find the nearest available slot.
How far in advance can I make a booking?
You can book a court up to 7 days in advance of the desired booking slot.
Community Pass
Who is eligible for the Community Pass?
The Community Pass is available to households, granting access to up to four members of the family for recreational tennis at West Beach Tennis Courts (Maximum 2 Adults).
How much is the pass if I want it just for myself?
The pass is £35 regardless of the number of people added to the pass.
How much are the courts to hire if I have a valid Community Pass?
As long as you within your 4 sessions per week there are no additional booking fees. If you exceed this the cost will be £7 per hour.
Is the pass for residents only?
No, anyone can take out the pass. Our aim is to remove barriers to playing regardless of where you live.
How many times can I play per week with the Community Pass?
The pass allows up to 2 hours of court time per day, for a maximum of four days per week.
Can I book multiple court slots in one day?
No, you can only make one booking per day, with a maximum total playtime of 2 hours.
What happens if I no longer need my court booking?
If you can’t use your booking, please cancel it as soon as possible, even if it’s last minute, so other players can reserve the court.
Are non-members allowed to play under my booking?
Yes, but a £2 surcharge per non-member guest applies. This must be added when you make your booking.
Are there refunds if courts close due to maintenance or bad weather?
No, refunds are not provided for court closures, maintenance, or weather-related issues. However, if you cancel your booking within the 2hours a play credit will be returned to you.
How long is the Community Pass valid for?
The Community Pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You will receive a renewal reminder prior to its expiry.
Can I transfer my pass to someone else?
No, the Community Pass is non-transferable and must only be used by members of your registered household.
Can my children play alone at the courts?
Parents or guardians must supervise children aged 16 and under while at the courts.

Managing my booking
How do I know if my booking has been confirmed?
You will see an on-screen confirmation that your booking has been successful, and you will also receive a confirmation booking email to the email address provided with the access pin code.
How do I edit my booking?
You can login to your account at any time to amend or cancel your booking. Go to ‘Upcoming bookings’.
How do I cancel my booking?
You can login to your account at any time to amend or cancel your booking. Go to ‘Upcoming bookings’.
Can I make a repeat booking?
You can login to your account at any time to make a booking. Go to ‘Previous bookings’ and follow the on-screen instructions.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel my booking?
As long as you cancel your booking within the cancellation time frame then you will receive a full refund.
What is the refunds policy?
The cancellation time is 2 hours before your booking.
How do I update my contact details?
You can login to your account at any time to edit or update your contact details. Go to ‘My Account’.
How do I change my password?
You can login to your account at any time to change your password. Go to ‘My Account’.
Issues with my booking
I’m having difficulties logging in to my account, what should I do?
If you are using the LTA login and are experiencing difficulties. You can receive a reminder of your LTA username or reset your LTA password. If you require further assistance, please contact the LTA Customer Services Team via their web contact form.
I haven’t received confirmation of my booking
Please make sure to check the junk folder for the email account provided when you signed up. If you still cannot find your confirmation email, please contact the LTA Customer Services Team via their web contact form with the venue and booking details, or alternatively contact the venue itself.
I have not received the gate access code for the court I booked, what do I do?
The gate access code is provided within your confirmation email. Please check the junk folder of the email account provided when you signed up. If you still cannot find your confirmation email or gate access code, please contact the LTA Customer Services Team via their web contact form with the venue and booking details, or alternatively contact the venue itself.
Someone was on my selected court, what do I do?
Please refer any players on your court booking, and show them your booking confirmation.
I’m not satisfied with the standard of the court/facilities, how do I register a complaint about the venue?
Any complaint regarding the standard of a venue’s courts or facilities will need to be made directly to gavidvickers@infinity-tennis.co.uk.
How do I report a health or safety issue?
Any health and safety issues will need to be made directly to gavidvickers@infinity-tennis.co.uk.
How do I report a safeguarding concern?
Any safeguarding concerns can be reported to Kent County Council's Central Duty Team on 03000 411111 (Children) or 03000 416161 (Adults). If anyone is immedaite risk please immediately contact the Police on 999.
