Terms of Use for Tennis Court Bookings at West Beach Tennis Courts
Pay and Play Overview
- PAYG: The cost for Pay and Play is £7 per hour, per court.
- Community Pass: An annual pass for a family of four who live in the same household.
- Booking Requirement: All players must book a court online prior to play.
Bookings
- Maximum Bookings: Participants may schedule up to four sessions per week, with a limit of four 2-hour slots in total.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancel any unwanted bookings at least 2 hours before the session to automatically receive a refund.
- Booking Window: Courts can be booked up to 7 days in advance to help you plan your games.
- Right to Cancel: Infinity Tennis reserves the right to cancel bookings at its discretion. Players will be notified via email if this occurs.
- Court Maintenance Pre-Bookings: Courts may be pre-booked for necessary maintenance.
- Weather-Related Cancellations: Cancellations and refunds can only be processed automatically through the system. Players will need to decide whether to cancel or not within the 2 hours timeframes.
Court Rules
- Respect and Fair Play: Players are expected to follow the principles of Respect and Fair Play, both on and off the courts.
- Dress Code: Appropriate sports clothing and footwear must be worn on court.
- Prohibited Items:
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and chewing gum are not permitted anywhere on the premises.
- Littering is prohibited; please ensure all items, including balls and rubbish, are removed after play and use the bins provided.
- Player Responsibility:
- Tennis is played at your own risk. Players are encouraged to use common sense to ensure their own safety and that of others.
- Please ensure the court gate is fully closed upon entering and exiting to maintain the safety and security of our facility.
- Coaching Policy: Coaching at the West Beach Tennis Courts is strictly prohibited on any court unless prior approval has been granted by Infinity Tennis.
Right to Play
- Booking Confirmation:
- Players must book online before playing and are responsible for safeguarding their booking PIN. Replacement PINs cannot be issued at short notice.
- Occupied Courts:
- If someone is using your booked court upon arrival, show your booking confirmation as proof. If another court is available, you may use it instead.
Safe to Play Guidance
- Player Responsibility:
- Use of the public tennis courts is at the player’s own risk.
- Check the weather forecast to ensure conditions are safe for play before booking.
- Weather Considerations:
- Court availability is subject to weather conditions. Adjustments or cancellations may be necessary for safety reasons.
- Breach of Terms:
- Breaching any terms or guidelines set by West Beach Tennis Courts may result in the cancellation of all bookings without a refund or termination of your Community Pass.
