Please refer to the booking calendar for dates, times and courts set aside for league/competion, club, group and coaching sessions. 

At other times eligible members may individually book a court up to six times in a five day rolling period and up to seven days in advance (that would be total of nine hours court time in five day rolling period). 

The session default time is  30 minutes, but  you can select a  maxium of two hours at a time using the drop down box option when you book. Members  MUST include names of all participants (members and/or guests) when booking courts . View information about booking courts.

Please be considerate when booking courts. Peak booking times tend to be in the morning so please limit your time to 1 or 2  hours.  All afternoon and evenings sessions during both weekday and weekends are generally less busy and so may be booked for 2 hours or more.

If you decide not to use the court that you booked please remember to cancel your booking at the earliest opportunity to free up the court for other members to book.

When leaving the courts please remember to close the gates behind you and if you are the last person leaving the courts please ensure that the clubhouse doors are locked.

Eligible members may invite guests to play at the club and the member is responsible for the visitor at all times whilst at the club. The visitor may only come as a guest a maximum of 5 times in the current membership year irrespective of which member has invited that guest. The first visit is free for guests attending a club session only. A vistor fee of £3 per adult or £2 for under 18s is payable on each visit (either as members guest or attending a subsequent club session). The member must record visitor details in the visitor book and either pay or collect the fee from that member before play.  View information about booking courts.
