Saturday 8th March 2-4pm

With summer round the corner we are holding an event to attract new members, and to recruit players to our new adult and children coaching courses starting in Spring.  Girls are currently outnumbered 4:1 at entry level!  Two of our coaches, Marianne Hewitt and Nicky Briggs, will be leading the event, but we are looking for volunteers and also players.

The afternoonwill be divided in two sections

2-3pm Girls Under 12 (minimum 4 years)

This will be a fun and dynamic session based on Judi Murray's Miss Hits programme.  Tennis skills will be introduced in an encouraging environment via bats, balls, moving objects and targets!

During the session Marianne and Nicky will teach all participants a forehand and backhand in one hour!
