Do I have to stay with my child during camp and what is your supervision policy?

Any child under 5 years old needs to be supervised by their parent when going to the toilet. So we ask any parents or guardians of under 5's to stay for the duration of camp.

For any child 5 years and over you do not need to stay for the duration of camp. It is your responsibility to collect your child on time or communicate any change in pick-up methods.

Parent's need to communicate if their child is going home on their own. Our policy is that juniors under 13 need to be supervised at all times and therefore should have a parent or guardian collecting them.

What happens if it rains?

We are prepared to play in most conditions. If the weather is deemed unviable or unsafe to play we will do indoor activities for the duration of the camp. If there is a severe weather warning we may cancel the camp and issue refunds. You'll be contacted prior to the camp starting if this is to happen.

What should I bring?
A tennis racket if you have one, if not, we can provide you with one. Weather appropriate sports clothing, including trainers. Jumper and a jacket if its cold, sun cream and a hat if it’s hot, waterproof jacket if it’s wet. All sports shoes must be non-marking.

Children will need to bring a water bottle, and a packed lunch if they are staying the full day,
