Coach-led sessions at Penarth Windsor are provided by our team from Tennis Squad, and support our Padel Pathway. All equipment and court hire is included.
Groups are split based on your self-assessed ratings based on padel / racket sports experience:

- Beginner Couses apply for Ratings 1-2.5
- Improver Couses apply for Ratings 3-3.5
- Intermediate Courses apply for Ratings 3.5-4.5
