Beginners Padel Coaching is suitable for players who are new / very inexperienced in the game and have little racket sports background. The course focuses on the basics of consistency and establishing a rally, with an introduction to the rules and a chance to play social doubles. All equipment is provided. Run by Instructor Naomi Thomas for Ladies only
