On Line Court Booking (ClubSpark)

During the bedding in of the system the following will apply:

• Courts can be booked up to 7 days in advance. Anyone can view the booking booking sheet but available slots will be locked. To make a booking Club members must sign in to Clubspark at the top of the booking sheet..
• You will receive a confirmation email and if you have the Booker app the booking will be on your smartphone / tablet.
• Courts can be booked in 30 minute slots up to a maximum of 2 hours.
• Club events and league matches have been booked into the system.Team captains will have enhanced facilities to re-arrange matches.
• We have not imposed a limit to the number of concurrent bookings, if the system is abused we will have to do so to allow fair court access across all members
• If there has been human error and an organised match coincides with any members individual court booking, the organised match takes precedence.
• You can of course still play without booking but members who have booked will have priority.
• If you book a court and subsequently find that you are not going to use it then please cancel the booking
