What is ClubSpark ?

ClubSpark is an LTA approved venue management system introduced at Woolhope in April 2017. The main features of the system are:

    Bookings    

  • Members can book courts online with the flexible, easy to use booking sheet. 
  • You will need to sign in to make a booking (top right of Booking Page)
  • An example of the booking procedure can be found here.

  • Parents - how to book a court for Juniors click here
  • There is also a free mobile app, called ‘Booker’, so you can quickly book courts from your phone or tablet, even when you are on the move.
  • The app is available for Apple iPhones, iPads and Android devices. Search for ‘ClubSpark Booker’ on the App Store or Google Play. Details of how to use the app can be found here

    
​    Membership    

  • Members can enter, view and update their personal data held within the Membership Management Module.

Before you can use the system you must first register with ClubSpark 

Members who have joined on-line are automatically registered with ClubSpark.

Other  members will be sent an "invitation to register" email from "Woolhope Tennis Club (ClubSpark)”. By clicking on the link in this email, you will be taken to the ClubSpark registration page.

When you register, you can choose to use your existing LTA, Google+, Facebook or Microsoft login name and password or you can create a new specific ClubSpark login with your email address and password of your choice.

Whatever method you choose you must always use that method in future to access the system
