1. The names of all participants must be added at the time of booking, not just the name of the player making the booking.  Please read the How To Book tab if you are unsure how to do this.
2. Floodlights must be turned off by 10pm.
3. Members may book courts for general play up to 7 days in advance .
4. Daytime booking slots are maximum 1.5 hours.
5. The ball machine is only to be used on courts 2 and 3.  It will become damaged if bumped up and down the step onto courts 1 and 4.
6. The committee has the right to cancel bookings at their discretion and an email will be sent to the member notifying them.
7. The committee reserve the right to pre-book the courts for coaching, matches, tournaments, events and maintenance.
8. Please  cancel any unwanted bookings, to allow others a chance to book.
9. If you have not used your booked court within 10 mins of the start time, any member may book the court instead.
10. Tournament bookings can be booked anytime in advance but not during club sessions.
11. Visitor fees are £3 per guest visit.  A member may introduce no more than three playing visitors to the Club on any one occasion. An individual may be a visitor at most six times in a year. 
12. Visitors' fees will be processed online at the time of booking, using the Clubspark payment system. Payments will be processed either by a Credit card or Debit card.
13. Refunds, if required, should be requested within 30 days after court booking, to treasurer@wreccleshamtennis.org.uk
14. Saturdays are designated Junior playing time/booking up to 1pm during term time.
15.  Juniors shall not occupy a court on a weekday after 6:30pm unless they are with an adult member (adults need to make the court booking)
16. Parents and guardians take full responsibility for the welfare and security of their children who are aged 16 and under when they are on club premises.  Children under the age of 13 must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian when at the tennis club outside of an organised club session.  **
