How to Book a Court as an adult or student member

• Step 1: Visit the "Book a Court" page 
• Step 2: Sign in to ClubSpark, using your LTA Login, top right hand corner 
• Step 3: Select the day you wish to play (7 days advanced booking)
• Step 4: Click on the court time slot you wish to play 
• Step 5: In the new pop up menu, select the end time (maximum 1.5 hours)
• Step 6: Click + Add Participant  to add an additional player(s) name(s),  Save then click to confirm if they are a member or guest.*
• Step 6a: To Book a Court to Practise by Yourself against the wall. Click + Add Participant ; add Practice Wall as player's name,  Save then click to change status to member. 
• Step 6b: To book a court and the ball machine please see below, rememeber to add the ball machine as a member participant on your court 2 or 3 booking
• Step 7: Click "Continue Booking" and your booking is complete**

How to Book the Ball machine as of the 1st April 2025

• The ball machine can only be used on court 2 or 3
• Important to note, you will need to make TWO bookings
• First check court 2 or 3 is available to use at your preferred time
• The "ball machine" court is available, to ensure no one has booked it out
• Please then follow the steps above to book court 2 or 3, this is free as a member
• Then repeat the steps above to book the ball machine "court" and pay the small fee to use the machine

How to Book a Court as a junior member

• Step 1: Visit the "Book a Court" page 
• Step 2: Sign in to ClubSpark, using your LTA login, top right hand corner 
• Step 3: Click on your name in the top right hand corner & click the Junior name
• Step 4: Select the day you wish to play (7 days advanced booking)
• Step 5: Click on the court time slot you wish to play (no junior booking allowed after 6.30pm weekdays)
• Step 6: In the new pop up menu, select the end time (maximum 1.5 hours)
• Step 7: Click + Add Participant ; to add an additional player(s) name(s),  Save then click to confirm if they are a member or guest.*
• Step 8: Click "Continue Booking" and your booking is complete**

*Please ensure that all players' names are entered onto the court booking system.

**Remember: if you bring a guest you will need to pay the visitor's fee of £3 per Guest.  Payment will be processed online at the time of booking, by Credit/Debit Card.

Important to note and remember:

Parents and guardians take full responsibility for the welfare and security of their children who are aged 16 and under when they are on club premises. Children under the age of 13 must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian when at the tennis club outside of an organised club session. **
