How do I purchase a Yateley Green Tennis Membership?

Visit our membership page. Payment is made online and the charge is £40.00 for one year.

Do I have to be a resident of Yateley to join?

No, anyone can join.

I only want to play once or twice, what can I do?

We offer pay to play Tennis charged at £7.00 per hour per court. Simply register, book and pay for your court hour and enter the access code detailed on your confirmation email at the gate.

Do I get a Yateley Green Tennis Membership for each person in the household?

No. You only have one membership per household, that any member of the household can use to access the courts.

How do I add members of my household to my account?

Go to your account, member info and click add member, then just enter their name/email address. If you have any problems give us a call during office hours and we can help you with this.

Once I have a Yateley Green Tennis Membership do I still have to pay court fees?

All courts are free once you have joined.

If I have purchased a Yateley Green Tennis Membership am I tied into a contract?

No. You initially pay for 1 year’s membership and, if you want to carry on using the courts after that, pay for each year's renewal as you go.

If I have purchased a Yateley Green Tennis Membership when does it start?

The membership will be activated once payment has been completed.

What happens if I purchase a membership half way through the year? Do I get a reduced fee to pay?

No, there are no reduced fee as our memberships are for 12 months from payment.

Once I have joined can I relinquish part way through my year?  

No, once you have joined and paid for your membership this will last a year and not be part refunded for any reason.

Can I hire equipment?

Unfortunately we do not currently offer that facility.

How do I cancel a booking?

You can cancel your booking online. Out of courtesy, please cancel as soon as you know so others can play. Courts must be cancelled 24 hours in advance of your session to receive a refund.

Are the tennis courts accessible?

Yes. The Courts have ramps at the entrance and there are disabled spaces nearby.

If I see damage to the courts or anti-social behaviour who should I tell?

If you notice the courts are damaged or unsafe please contact us on 01252 872198 so we can investigate and arrange repairs.

If you witness anti-social behaviour on courts from users that is not in keeping with those set out in the terms and conditions, please also report this on the number above so users can be addressed and appropriate action taken.

If you have a problem with anti-social behaviour outside office hours then please call 101 or 999 in an emergency.
