Court Booking Rules & Terms of Use

Yateley Green Tennis Membership

  • Yateley Green Tennis Membership is charged at £40.00 per year
  • The Tennis Membership must only be used for playing tennis
  • Membership year runs for one year from your payment date
  • Membership will not be part refunded for any reason
  • All members are required to register through the Clubspark online system and book a Court before playing

Bookings

  • You must book a court online before you play
  • Bookings must be cancelled 24 hours or more in advance to receive a refund
  • Maximum booking of 2 hours per day
  • Non-members can book up to 7 days in advance
  • Members can book up to 14 days in advance
  • The Council reserves the right to cancel bookings at their discretion
  • The Council reserves the right to pre-book the Courts for coaching, events, and maintenance

Court Rules

  • Players should comply with the principles of Respect and Fair Play, both on and off the Courts
  • No dogs on the courts. Please let us know if you have a service animal who will need to accompany you on the courts.
  • During a tennis court booking, i.e. any bookings made through the Clubspark website or app, no other sports can be played on the courts during the booking. This includes, but is not limited to, football, basketball, etc. Players may use the courts to warm up before playing, however, only using the courts to run, jog, or for similar activities is not allowed without the express permission of Yateley Town Council.
  • Players should wear appropriate sports clothing and footwear when on court
  • No music should be played on the Courts
  • Smoking or vaping is not allowed on the Courts
  • Take off the court everything you take on – including all balls and general litter (please use bins provided)
  • Members play tennis at their own risk and are asked to apply common sense in looking out for themselves and other members at all times
  • Ensure you close the Court gate properly when you arrive and when you leave
  • Do not let others onto the Courts or give them your code, those with a booking will have their own code for the gate
  • When your booking has finished, you must leave the Courts immediately
  • Your code will work for the duration of your booking, plus 5 minutes either side
  • No person may coach others for financial gain on any Court without the prior approval of the Council
  • Any person who brings their own coach onto the court will result in their membership being revoked and no refunds given
  • Report any damage to the Council
  • Yateley Town Council does not take any responsibility for any items left on the courts or balls hit into the Bowling Club or in the fenced off areas by the Council Offices

Please note, violation of any terms of use may lead to membership revocation, blocking of future bookings, and refunds will not be given

Right to Play

  • You must book a Court online before playing – if someone is playing on the Court when you arrive use your booking confirmation as proof of your booking. If you have any problems contact us during office hours (Mon-Fri 9am-4pm)
