You need to be registered with ClubSpark and logged in to make a booking.
Tip: if booking a two-hour slot, do this as a single booking, rather than two bookings of an hour each.
Please note courts are to be used for tennis only - no other sports or activities are permitted.
Annual household season tickets
- Sign up/Log in to ClubSpark,
- Sign up for an annual household season ticket
- Select your venue and click "book a court". Choose your venue from the drop-down list at the top right of this page
- Select a playing time and click to book (will be zero-rated if you have an annual household season ticket)
- Complete your booking and make a note of your PIN (also emailed)
- Access the court and enjoy your game!
Pay and Play
- Sign up/Log in to ClubSpark, to access the booking page
- Select your venue and click "book a court" Choose your venue from the drop-down list at the top right of this page
- Select a playing time and click to book
- Complete your booking and pay
- Make a note of your PIN (also emailed)
- Access the court and enjoy your game!
Cancel a booking
- Go to the correct venue "book a court" page
- Log into ClubSpark (top right-hand corner)
- Click on your name (top right-hand corner)
- Click "My Profile"
- Click "Manage Bookings"
- Find the booking and click "Cancel"
All Bookings - You must book a court online before you play and cancel any unwanted bookings online.
Booking Rules:
- Everyone (Pay and Play and Annual Tennis Pass Holders) can book up to 10 days in advance for up to 4 courts per week for 1 hour; or 2 courts per week for 2 hours.
- Annual Tennis Pass Holders can book up to 14 days in advance for up to 6 courts per week for 1 hour; or 3 courts per week for 2 hours.
- All users are advised to bring along evidence of booking conformation (e.g. Email) with them when they play to resolve any confusion on who has booked the courts at that time.
- Yeovil recreation centre has the right to cancel bookings at their discretion. An email will be sent to the court users notifying them in advance.
- Yeovil recreation centre reserves the right to pre-book the courts for coaching and special events at its discretion.
- Yeovill recreation centre reserves the right to close the courts at their discretion (notice will be given in advance where at all possible) for any court maintenance (e.g. Court Cleaning, Fence Repairs) no refunds are due in any circumstance.
- All under 14s needs adult supervision to play at any time. 15-17 years can play together or with 18+
- The PIN gate system operates a 15 minute warm up and cool down period for access to the venue.
- Attendance later than 15 minutes after the booked hour may result in the court being released and sold to another player. In this instance, no credit will be issued. Yeovil recreation centre will be monitoring "no shows" and will cancel any membership after 3 "no shows".
- In the event of bad weather/adverse playing conditions users should do there upmost to cancel the booking. The booking cancellation window is 24 hours.
- Players are responsible for making their own decisions about whether to use the courts in adverse weather conditions.
