Zak Williams Tennis Coaching – Cancellation Policy 
 
 This policy covers any lessons coached by Zak Williams or Alex Mullins.

Cancelled by Coach 
 
If a lesson (group or individual) is cancelled by the coach, the player will not be charged.  
 
 
 
Cancelled by Player 
 
Individual lessons – 
 
If the player cannot attend an individual lesson, the coach must be notified 9 hours in advance in order for the coach to be able to offer this slot to someone else.  If the lesson is cancelled at short notice (less than 9 hours before the start time) the player will be charged for that lesson.  
 
 
Group lessons (Booked full term)– 
 
If a player cannot attend a group session that is prepaid for, they will still be charged for that lesson.
