What can you expect?

At the Orange stage, children learn the rules & scoring to play the game from serve & return. Coaches will support children to grow their motor skills (orientation, hand-eye coordination, running & moving) to play in a dynamic environment. At the Orange stage children will increase proficiency, problem-solving skills & learn sportsmanship.

Notes from the coach

This term of group tennis coaching and will cover a different theme each week to get your tennis to the next level! To get that level right for you, we will divide into smaller groups of players to make it more challenging or more achievable as you need. To take part in the group coaching at Sellindge TC, you need to join at https://clubspark.lta.org.uk/SellindgeTennisClub which will enable us to assist them in improving and maintaining the tennis facilities we will be enjoying!
