LTA Affiliation
The LTA have issued the following statement (please see P33 of the LTA League Manual):
N.B The ability to submit a match result with an unknown player will soon be removed. It will become mandatory for all players participating in an LTA League to be an LTA member affiliated to a venue.
We strongly advise that all clubs automatically keep their LTA Advantage Members list up to date on their club's LTA Venue Registration Site. This means that these members are affiliated to the club.
For GDPR purposes, a club should not be holding on to details of anyone who is not a member on this page (please see guidance under our Policies tab).
It is also worth noting that if a person is affiliated to a club as an Advantage Member on this section, they will be able to opt into the Wimbledon Ballot.
