Ladies (and Gentlemen)
After our successful workshop in 2019, Tanya Smith has again agreed to lead our Festive Wreath/Table Decoration workshop. She will be assisted by her Mum, Pat Hutchinson.
Tanya cannot remember a time when she couldn't make beautiful flower arrangements, having learnt as a child from her mother, Pat Hutchinson, the renowned National Flower arranging judge and Chelsea Best in show winner! Tanya's creativity and expertise is much in demand for family and friends special occasions and the photos show examples of her beautiful arrangements.
Arrive at Almscliffe Tennis and Bowling Clubhouse from 9.45am on Friday 9 December for a glass of Prosecco and a mince pie, followed by 10am demonstration by Tanya. She and Pat will then be on hand to offer help, floristry tips and advice as you make your own wreath or table decoration to take home. We will run a second workshop, in the afternoon, if there is sufficient demand. Each workshop will run for c2hours.
Bring yourself (and a friend!) and your festive cheer and creativity to this hands-on workshop and take home a gorgeous wreath/table decoration which will last through the festive period! Please indicate on your booking form whether you want to make a stunning wreath for your door or wow your friends and family with a table decoration!
£38 per person to include welcome drink and mince pie and all the materials (except fresh flowers which are better added nearer to Christmas) you will need for your arrangement. (bring your own scissors/secateurs). Ticket numbers are strictly limited as the event will be held in the Clubhouse and wreath/decoration making requires space!
