Terms of hire

• You must have been shown how to use the machine before using it for the first time.
• The machine must not be used by anyone under 16, unless they are accompanied by an adult who has been shown how to use the machine.
• You must sign the log book when you use the machine.
• You use the machine at your own risk.
• You will be asked to pay for any damage as a result of misuse of the ball machine.

Using the machine

• It must not be used when courts are damp as this will damage the machine.
• It must be plugged in to recharge after every useYou need to supply your own tennis balls - the machine holds a maximum of 60 tennis balls.
• Tennis balls in a poor condition will adversely affect the performance of the machine.
• You can download an app onto your phone to create drills – Drill Maker by Spinshot.
• After use you must carefully wipe the machine with the appropriate anti-bacterial spray.
• Do not ask the coaching team to help with machine.  Any problems should be reported to Carol Frazer 07971 432435.

Booking

• You need to book the ball machine on-line when booking a court.
• Max hire is 1 hour.
• Cost per hire is £5 per hour – payable after use in case booking cannot be fulfilled because of weather conditions.
• Payment must be made by BACS transfer to BLTC: Sort Code 40-43-24, acc no. 40166715
