Burnley Tennis Club president Alan Brown was honoured in the 2016 Burnley Community Sports Awards when he was awarded the Vicki Taylor Lifetime Achievement Award for contributions to sport and Burnley Tennis Club over the last 40 years

Alan attended the awards ceremony at the Burnley Mechanics on Thursday 21st July with a number of guest from Burnley Tennis Club

The evening was hosted by Roger Black and Alan was presented with his award on stage in front of a packed audience by Roger Black and Vicki Taylors family in recognition of all his work and dedication over the years
