Walking Tennis
Walking Tennis is for anyone that wants to play tennis, but at their own pace. No running or jumping, balls are lighter and you can let the ball bounce twice. Less speed but just as much fun! Ideal for anybody looking to build their confidence, returning from injury, or would just like a bit more time getting to the ball.
We are hoping to hold our first six week course in the Spring and it will be volunteer-led. Each session will last for 45 minutes, comprising a warm up, some ball control exercises and then match play. At the end of the session there will be light refreshments.
