Walking Tennis
Walking Tennis is for anyone that wants to play tennis, but at their own pace. No running or jumping, balls are lighter and you can let the ball bounce twice. Less speed but just as much fun! Ideal for anybody looking to build their confidence, returning from injury, or would just like a bit more time getting to the ball.
We are planning to hold our first six week course starting in June 2025 and it will be coach-led. Each session will last for 1 hour for £7 (bookings will be for the whole course) and will comprise a warm up, some ball control exercises and, if participants are up for it, some light competitive play.
If the initial course is well attended and popular then we will schedule further courses so, if you enjoy the course, please do tell others about it!
