Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy:
- Drop‑in groups – Refund/credit if cancelled with 24 hours notice or more, no refund if less than 24hr notice.
- Private lessons – Require 48‑hour notice; £30 deposit refunded if cancelled in time.
- Sessions continue in light/moderate rain but are cancelled in unsafe conditions, judged by the coach.
- Courses/block bookings are a commitment to the entire course, and no refund is due for sessions missed by the client .
Weather, coach, or player cancellations (with notice) are tracked and credited to the next session or term (as appropriate). Refunds can be issued via BACS on request (Stripe fee covered by the client, approximately 5%).
