Eight players took part in this year's men's singles club championship. Round robin in 2 groups of 4 determined quarterfinal pairings. Billy Craven, Jon Horlock, Andrey Mirzoyan and Paul Higinbottom made it through to the semis.

Billy bt Andrey 6:1, Jon bt Paul 6:4.

In the highly contested final Jon beat Billy 6:3, 6:4 retaining his title of Glossop tennis club's singles champion!
