Members present approved that the number of elected committee members be increased from five to six and that the number of co-opted members also be increased by one.   The thinking behind this is that as the Club becomes busier we need more people to help manage the Club.

The Rules specifiy the obligations that members have to each other and to the Club. The members adopted a simpler form of words as follows:

"Members agree to deal with each other on the basis of mutual trust and respect and to adhere to the LTA Fair Play values. Members agree to be bound by the rules of the LTA, Norfolk LTA and the LTA Disciplinary Code and to become British Tennis Members."
