We would like to share the following agreed new vision and strategic goals:

New Vision

To be a friendly, inclusive and progressive Club, providing opportunities for people to play social and competitive tennis well, and to enjoy themselves.

Strategic Goals

1. Start a Sinking Fund dedicated to the building of a replacement Clubhouse when that is required, aiming to put funds into the new Sinking Fund each year.
2. Aim to be a more diverse and inclusive Club (especially in Adult membership).
3. Ensure that all Committee roles are filled, and promote a more involved membership, volunteering help with Club activities.
4. Bring our Clubhouse, external furniture and grounds up to a good standard (NB link with new Clubhouse Goal)
5. Grow our Junior membership
