Membership of Hayes (Kent) LTC starts on the 1st April each year and lasts for 12 months. A new tennis club member is entitled to a reduced subscription in their first year of membership. If a new member joins later in the year they will be given a pro-rata subscription lasting until the end of the following March.

The annual membership subscription rates for April 2026 - March 2027 are;
