Terms & Conditions – Hollybush Padel
Welcome to Hollybush Padel. By booking courts, coaching sessions, events or using our facilities, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Bookings
All court bookings, coaching sessions, courses and activities must be booked in advance through our approved booking system.
Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received in full.
Hollybush Padel reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary.
2. Cancellation Policy
Court bookings, coaching sessions, courses and events may be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking time are non-refundable.
No refunds or credits will be issued for:
- No-shows
- Late cancellations
- Partial attendance
- Unused bookings
In exceptional circumstances, Hollybush Padel may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit note or reschedule a booking.
3. Weather Policy
Outdoor play is subject to weather conditions.
If courts are deemed unsafe or unplayable by Hollybush Padel staff, affected bookings may be rescheduled or credited.
Play may continue during light rain or adverse weather at the discretion of players and staff.
Refunds will not be provided once play has commenced unless courts become unsafe.
4. Player Responsibility
All players participate at their own risk.
Suitable sports clothing and appropriate non-marking footwear must be worn at all times.
Players must use all equipment and facilities responsibly and follow any instructions provided by staff.
Any damage caused through misuse may be charged to the individual responsible.
5. Juniors
Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult unless attending an organised coaching session or supervised activity.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for the behaviour and welfare of juniors whilst on site.
6. Coaching & Courses
Coaching courses, camps and programmes must be paid for in advance.
Missed sessions are non-refundable unless cancelled by Hollybush Padel.
Where possible, make-up sessions or credits may be offered at management discretion but are not guaranteed.
Hollybush Padel reserves the right to amend coaching schedules, coaches or programmes where necessary.
7. Coaching at Hollybush Padel
Only coaching provided by authorised Hollybush Padel coaches is permitted at the venue.
External coaching or private lessons by individuals who are not part of the Hollybush Padel coaching team are strictly prohibited unless prior written permission has been obtained from management.
All Hollybush Padel coaches are appropriately accredited, qualified and fully insured.
Any person found conducting unauthorised coaching sessions may be asked to leave the premises and future bookings may be cancelled without refund.
8. Racket Hire, Lockers & Equipment
Players hiring rackets or using locker and vending facilities are responsible for returning equipment in good condition.
Lost, stolen or damaged equipment may incur repair or replacement charges.
Equipment hired remains the property of Hollybush Padel at all times.
9. Liability
Hollybush Padel accepts no responsibility for:
- Loss or theft of personal belongings
- Damage to vehicles or property
- Injuries sustained whilst using the facilities, except where caused by proven negligence
All vehicles and personal belongings are left on site entirely at the owner’s risk.
10. Behaviour & Conduct
Players and visitors are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, coaches, other players and neighbouring properties.
Hollybush Padel reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual behaving in an unsafe, abusive, disruptive or inappropriate manner.
No refunds will be provided where a booking is terminated due to unacceptable behaviour.
11. Photography & Social Media
Photographs and videos may occasionally be taken at Hollybush Padel for promotional and marketing purposes.
Please notify a member of staff if you do not wish to appear in any photographs or videos.
12. Health & Safety
All users of the facilities must comply with any health and safety guidance displayed on site or provided by staff.
Players should ensure they are medically fit to participate in sporting activity.
Any accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions should be reported to staff immediately.
13. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Hollybush Padel reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
