IMPORTANT - It is a club rule that all players must be listed in the online booking slot; if members do not list players a member of the committee may contact you. 

Rules & Information about Booking the Ilmington Tennis Club Courts.

✦ Members - After reading the rules below you can book a court by selecting 'Court Booking' above or go to imsf.co.uk and select 'Court Booking' from the menu.

✦ Visitors - Both tennis and multisport visitors and groups please read booking information HERE before making a booking

✦ Please make an online booking in the required time slot. You are only allowed to book the courts for one hour at a time. If no-one books the hour after yours, and no-one is waiting to play, then you may continue playing.

✦A booking only gives you priority for the court for the first 15 minutes of the hour. If you have not turned up by quarter past the hour then you forfeit your booking. If someone else is there and wants to play then they have the right to continue for the rest of that hour, even if you turn up late and want to play.

✦League matches will take priority over any other bookings. Occasionally a league match has to be postponed and re-arranged. If it needs to be re-arranged within the two week window on the system, then we will ask the club players to reschedule their match and allow the league match to be played. We will give as much notice as possible.

✦Group Bookings. If you represent a group and would like to make a regular booking for coaching or team play, then please contact the Bookings officer, details below.

✦Light Tokens will be required when floodlights are used and these can be purchased from The Howard Arms pub in Ilmington. They cost £5.00  (1st March 2022) each and last for an hour. A “5 minute warning” light on the clubhouse pillar will come on after 55 minutes (white for court 1, red for court 2). There is a meter in a cabinet on the side of the clubhouse which is accessible with a code. Pub staff will provide you with the code for the light box.

Directions

Turn right out of the car park, pass turning on right to Back St. then turn right at the T junction. Follow the road through the village, and turn right in front of the Lower Green. The pub is on the right hand side of the green.
