Adult Coaching

Our Club has a great mixture of classes running weekly throughout the year for all ages and abilities.  We offer the following classes for members and non-members:

 

  • Beginners - learning the basic skills and technique to improve your game
  • Beginners + - step up from basic skills and technique to incorporate some matchplay elements
  • Improver - expanding on basic skills to help support your matchplay development
  • Intermediate - focus on skills, technique and competitive matchplay
  • Mixed Wellbeing - using tennis as a positive outlet to improve mental health and wellbeing
  • Mixed Coaching  - focus on skills, technique and competitive matchplay
  • Womens Coaching - focus on skills, technique and competitive matchplay
  • Cardio - express hour of fitness using tennis as a foundation
