Adult Coaching

Our Club has a great mixture of classes running weekly throughout the year for all ages and abilities.  We offer the following classes for members and non-members:

 

  • Beginners - learning the basic skills and technique to improve your game
  • Intermediate - focus on skills, technique and competitive matchplay
  • Mental Health Group - using tennis as a positive outlet to improve mental health and wellbeing
  • Lunchtime Club - express hour of fun tennis skills, drills and matchplay
  • Senior 60+ Group - introducing tennis skills to non-members aged 60+
  • Mixed Coaching  - focus on skills, technique and competitive matchplay
  • Womens Coaching - focus on skills, technique and competitive matchplay
