Safeguarding and Welfare
Langside Sports Club takes the safeguarding of children and adults at risk very seriously and strives to ensure a safe environment for everyone using the venue. It is everyone's responsibility to support and promote this, you should contact our Welfare Officer if you witness or experience anything at the club that concerns you.
Welfare Officer - Caroline Doran is our Tennis Welfare Officer. Any member with a safeguarding concern is encouraged to speak to Caroline on 07957 779417.
Our LSC Welfare Officer is Anne Greer. She can be contacted on 07757 391513 or by email on langsidescwelfare@gmail.com for any wider club concerns.

Other ways to Report a Concern - you can use the LTA Report a Concern portal to log an anonymous safeguarding concern relating to our club.

Child Supervision - in line with National NSPCC advice - all children under the age of 13 attending the club outside of coaching programmes and other organised club activities should be supervised by a parent or known adult.
Staying Safe Online - It is more important than ever to ensure that our young people are aware of the digital footprint that they leave online, how to keep themselves safe, and how to report concerns. This guidance is designed for children and young people and for the consideration of parents / carers
