Cardio Tennis is a high energy group fitness session that combines music and tennis with cardiovascular exercise. Delivering the ultimate full body workout, Cardio Tennis is fun, social and designed to get you moving.
Notes from the coach
Cardio Tennis class involves a warm up featuring dynamic movement, plenty of shots, great music, PT style side drills followed by a variety of games and activities and a cool down.
Great way to burn close to 600 calories in an hour!
