BOOKING RULES / ETIQUETTE AT MERCHISTON TENNIS

1. The maximum time that can be booked is 1 hour i.e. 2 x 30 min slots, per group of players.
Please do not book the same or a different court after 1 hour to continue unless for a sanctioned tournament.  
2. The regular booking of several days in one week, by one or more of a group of players, is not allowed. A max of 2 such bookings should be the limit.
3. If you are not on court within 10 minutes of your booking start time then other players may take over your booked court.
4. Please cancel your court if you are no longer able to make it to allow another member to book the slot instead.
5 .We currently have as a maximum 3 bookings per member in any 7 days whether it is for 30 minutes or one hour 

GWC COURT BOOKINGS 

1. GWC bookings are included within your normal allocation of slots.
2. Only the 3 designated courts on the GWC lower astro are available for MLTC use.
3. The member who has booked the court must play and is responsible for the conduct of all their players on the GWC site.
4. Please report to the Galleon reception prior to accessing the courts.
5. Leave the site promptly after play to avoid being locked in the school grounds!
