MUST READ INFORMATION!

Spring term coaching : 
Monday 13th January to Friday 4th April with the exception of the 10th to 17th February.
11 week term for week day classes, 10 week term for Saturday classes

Juniors :

If your child was in a class or classes in the summer term, they will automatically be transferred to the same class in the spring term.  An email will be sent asking you to pay for your child's class online by card.  If your child won't be taking up their place, please email us at merchistontennis@gmail.com to let us know as some classes have waiting lists.  Please also use that email address if you'd like to change your child's class - we cannot guarantee the change as it will depend on spaces in your preferred class.

If you'd like to add your child to more classes then you will need to book through the system at the bottom of the general coaching page.

If your child is new to tennis classes at Merchy, please note that priority is given to current class participants to book for the next term before any spaces become available through the booking system.  If a class is full, you will be able to add their names to a waiting list.  

Adults :
AUTUMN TERM TUESDAY AND SATURDAY CLASSES WILL BE BLOCK BOOKING ONLY. THERE WILL BE NO PAY & PLAY IN THOSE CLASSES.  The Tuesday classes are an 11 week term and the Saturday classes are a 10 week term.

Pay and Play classes :
Wednesday 12pm Adult Cardio tennis class with Vincent 
Wednesday 8pm Adult Improver/Intermediate class with Charlie (£6 - new price!)
Friday 10-11.30am Adult Improver/Intermediate Matchplay with Vincent

Spaces in these classes are limited so please book on Clubspark each week.  If you can't make a pay and play class you have booked in to, please cancel it via your clubspark profile to allow anyone on the waiting list a place instead.  Charlie's class is to be paid for in cash or by bank transfer (if agreed with Charlie). Vincent's classes can be paid by cash or online at booking. Thanks!

ALL BLOCK COACHING MUST BE BOOKED ONLINE

***PAYMENTS ARE TAKEN ONLINE BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD***
You can't book on to a term block course without paying online.  This is to ease Vincent's admin burden and allow him to focus on coaching!  The Club does not keep any record of your card details.  Payments are processed securely by Stripe.  The system should automatically charges you the member or non member prices so please check the amount it's going to charge you before booking.  

This term's prices for blocks  : Members £7.50 per class, Non member Juniors £8.50 per class and Non Member Adults £9.50 per class (non member premium is to cover the "guest fee" to the club). 

CLASS INSTRUCTIONS
- All players should attend the same class as the previous block unless already advised otherwise
- Classes will not run with less than 4 players
- Classes will only be cancelled if the courts are unplayable
- All blocks must be paid for in advance of the first class

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that 2 consecutive classes have to be cancelled due to the courts being unplayable, Vincent will endeavour to put on a catch up class at the weekend or at the end of the term.
