Build Your Baseline with MPC Tennis and Fitness! This session is about developing a strong base to withstand the physical demands of tennis. During the course of the block we'll be building on the crucial ABC's of tennis (agility, balance and co-ordination), technical movement drills, flexibility and injury prevention. Ad-hoc attendance is available but it's recommended a player should be consistent to see any results. Those in attendance of this session will also gain free access to our new online training platform via Reflect (£16.99 per month otherwise). All athletes should inform the coach of injuries/conditions prior to attending any lessons.
