Run Training

New sessions open to everyone. Looking to improve that parkrun? Planning to run or better a 10K, half or full marathon? Join us and we'll get you there.

Join the MPC network for only £15 per month and get access to all of the sessions below w/ included access to our online strength and conditioning platform, where we have pre-designed strength programmes for runners of all levels with video tutorials and chat features to contact myself. Decide for yourself on what programme you'd like to follow; at home, beginner, intermediate or advanced trainings and gain access to the MPC Group Page. 

Meeting Spots;

  • Monday - Meadows Tennis Courts (7PM)
  • Tuesdays - Meadows Tennis Courts (7PM)
  • Sundays - Portobello Swim Centre (11AM)
