GDPR Statement:
Due to the data protection laws which came into force in 2018, we must tell you what data we keep and how we use it:
When you become a member of or renew your membership with Olney Tennis Club any personal details are kept on the LTA Clubspark database and also on an Excel spreadsheet held by the Membership Secretary - any paper copies of the membership form are shredded at the end of the relevant year. We do not share any details with any other organisations and details are deleted when no longer required. Data is used to keep you informed, normally by email, of club information (for example the door code to the clubhouse) or events and your email and phone number will be passed to the captain of any team you are playing in and our official coaching partner. You have the right to ask us to remove and delete this data at any time although if you are removed from Clubspark, please remember that you will be unable to book a court. You can also choose to be registered as a member of British Tennis/LTA (which you need to do if you wish to be part of the Wimbledon ticket ballot and also if you are competing in certain teams or at tournaments) - any questions about privacy of your personal data as a British Tennis Member should be directed to the LTA.
