Safeguarding

Ramsbury Tennis Club is committed to prioritising the well-being of all children and adults at risk, promoting safeguarding in our club at all times, including all programmes and events we run. Our Safeguarding Policies strive to minimise risk, deliver a positive tennis experience for everyone and respond appropriately to all safeguarding concerns/disclosures.

Codes of Conduct

All employees, those under contractual arrangements, club officials, volunteers, members and others using the club facilities are required to abide by our Code of Conduct. This is required in order to support the club in providing a welcoming and safe environment for all children and young people and in the implementation of its child protection policy and procedures.

Codes of conduct help individuals to understand their organisation’s expectations of them, and provide a benchmark for identifying inappropriate behaviour. Everyone involved, whether child, parent, member of staff or volunteer, should be fully aware of the expectations upon them and agree to abide by them.

Members are encouraged to be open at all times and to share any concerns or complaints that they may have about any aspect of the club with:-

Chris Wilson, Chairman 01672 520848 chriswilson61@icloud.com

Geraldine Smith, Junior coordinator 07802 353675 gsmithRTC@outlook.com

Mike Ferris, Welfare Officer 07725 501499 mike.ferris55@btinternet.com

Details of all our policies are displayed in the clubhouse.
